We’ve refreshed our name, identity, and mission to reflect what we do best – supporting Europe’s changemakers to turn new ideas into real-world impact.

Our new identity matches the size of our impact and ambition. 

Our team of 75 driven and curious innovation specialists serves clients from five offices – in Barcelona, Brussels, Cambridge, Düsseldorf, and Utrecht. 

We work with 1,200 organisations in 44 countries, meaning that when clients work with us, they are joining one of Europe’s biggest innovation ecosystems. Every one of our clients and partners is putting a big idea into the real world. Everyone believes in collaboration and real-world testing. And everyone receives committed support from Bax.

We’re now putting this drive at the centre of our brand with a concise new name and mission statement.

Our new mission statement can be summarised in three words: Make ideas happen. 

Our 1,200 clients and 2,000 partners all over Europe are already living this. Some of our partners are reimagining global battery supply chains. Others are making their cities green, healthy spaces to live in. Others are leading the energy transition with city-wide action planning and new renovation techniques.

In all these initiatives, we are supporting committed changemakers to lead real change in their city, industry, or community. Through first-of-a-kind pilots and cross-sector collaborations that cover a continent and beyond, we pull together Europe’s resources and expertise into the first practical steps for ideas that change the way we live, move and build.

  • Funding support – In the past decade we have mobilised more than €500m for our clients. sourcing national and European-level funding programmes to secure the financial support necessary for testing, scaling, and realising groundbreaking ideas. 
  • Tool development – Making informed decisions about new, unfamiliar innovations is a challenge for all organisations. We build tools that guide decision-makers using the latest knowledge and experience from across Europe.
  • Pilot deployment – We manage the delivery of pilot projects from conception to real-world impact, ensuring ideas are effectively translated into actions that make a difference. Our comprehensive approach to pilot deployment focuses on tangible outcomes.
