En encourageant la collaboration entre les principaux acteurs des secteurs de la mobilit\u00e9, de l’\u00e9nergie, des soins de sant\u00e9, de la d\u00e9fense et de la construction, l’ELCA vise \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les goulets d’\u00e9tranglement qui emp\u00eachent l’adoption massive des mat\u00e9riaux composites.
