Cette mesure a exerc\u00e9 une pression consid\u00e9rable sur l&rsquo;industrie automobile, car les nouvelles normes sur le CO\u00b2 exigeront \u00e9galement une r\u00e9duction de 55 % des \u00e9missions moyennes d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030. R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (VE) &#8211; qui pourraient repr\u00e9senter 25 \u00e0 50 % de la production de v\u00e9hicules &#8211; n\u00e9cessite une action imm\u00e9diate et innovante de la part du secteur.  <\/p>\n<p>La transition vers les VE est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis qui vont au-del\u00e0 de la production de batteries, de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;autonomie et du d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;infrastructure. Bien qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de pr\u00e9occupations essentielles, la raret\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des combustibles fossiles dans la fabrication compliquent encore la transition. Tous les mat\u00e9riaux et processus intervenant dans la production automobile doivent, \u00e0 terme, devenir moins d\u00e9pendants de ressources qui s&rsquo;amenuisent et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie fossile. Il s&rsquo;agit l\u00e0 d&rsquo;un ensemble complexe de d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever pour assurer la durabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;industrie des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.   <\/p>\n<p>Conscient de cette situation, l&rsquo;organisme de recherche allemand Fraunhofer IWU, en collaboration avec l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/elcanetwork.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Lightweight Clusters Alliance (ELCA)<\/a> aliment\u00e9e par Bax, a lanc\u00e9 un effort \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de l&rsquo;Europe. Quatre des plus grandes entreprises automobiles d&rsquo;Europe se sont jointes \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative, reconnaissant que les objectifs de la CE en mati\u00e8re de CO\u00b2 exigent une approche collaborative, o\u00f9 toutes les mains sont sur le pont. <\/p>\n<p>Cela soul\u00e8ve la question suivante : pourquoi les \u00e9quipementiers europ\u00e9ens (OEM) ne peuvent-ils pas passer \u00e0 des \u00e9missions nettes nulles de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante ? Bien qu&rsquo;ils disposent de ressources consid\u00e9rables, le fait de s&rsquo;appuyer uniquement sur celles-ci pr\u00e9sente des difficult\u00e9s, notamment en ce qui concerne la transition vers les mat\u00e9riaux secondaires. Les questions cl\u00e9s sont les suivantes : O\u00f9 pouvons-nous nous procurer des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res secondaires ? Leur qualit\u00e9 r\u00e9pondra-t-elle aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ? Y en a-t-il assez pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante de VE ? Il est essentiel de suivre l&rsquo;origine et le cycle de vie des mat\u00e9riaux, et la r\u00e9utilisation des mat\u00e9riaux en fin de vie sans recyclage pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9volutionnaire. Toutefois, la mesure et la comparaison des m\u00e9thodes circulaires, ainsi que la normalisation, pr\u00e9sentent des obstacles suppl\u00e9mentaires. Les pratiques circulaires doivent-elles \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en interne ou dans le cadre de partenariats avec des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) ? Likewise, the automotive industry is transforming itself in line with the EU Climate Law and the EU Green Deal where there are obligations to achieve the targets of net-zero emissions by 2050 and CO2 emissions per vehicle fleet. Similarly, the building sector faces strict energy efficiency standards under the EU Green Deal, aiming for all new buildings to be \u00ab\u00a0zero-emission\u00a0\u00bb by 2030, driving innovations in insulation, smart energy systems, and lightweight composites. Finally, the energy sector is now under pressure to increase the rate of renewable energy integration while ensuring that the materials used in the infrastructure are also sustainable. Although these policies are daunting, they also present opportunities for innovation.<\/p>\n<p>This regulatory push is driving industries towards the use of lightweight materials with multifunctional capabilities and circular designs to meet CO\u2082 targets. Sustainability has become synonymous with technological progress in all industries, leading to solutions that are not only long-lasting but effective, and versatile.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-dce-text-color=\"#00B398\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7358c4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7358c4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&rsquo;initiative de ZEvRA financ\u00e9e par Horizon Europe pour des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques durables<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f59cd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f59cd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans le cadre de l&rsquo;appel \u00e0 propositions \u00ab\u00a0Approches de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie circulaire pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission\u00a0\u00bb, <a href=\"https:\/\/zevraproject.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ZEvRA (Zero Emission electric Vehicles enabled by haRmonised circulArity)<\/a> vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la circularit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques en les concevant pour le recyclage et la r\u00e9utilisation. Le projet vise \u00e0 sensibiliser aux principes de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie circulaire et \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse du cycle de vie (ACV) dans le domaine des transports propres, \u00e0 normaliser les mesures de circularit\u00e9 dans le secteur automobile et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un prototype de v\u00e9hicule utilisant z\u00e9ro mat\u00e9riau vierge. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de ZEvRA est de pousser l&rsquo;Europe vers une \u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique, circulaire et climatiquement neutre, en r\u00e9duisant la d\u00e9pendance aux mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res tout en encourageant l&rsquo;innovation et les comp\u00e9tences dans les pratiques de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie circulaire. Circularity in composites aims to minimise environmental impact, extend product life cycles, and foster closed-loop systems that reduce reliance on finite resources while enhancing sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>Efforts to reuse and upcycle secondary materials in composite manufacturing are gaining importance. Innovations in recycling processes and material tracking systems, such as Materials ID Passports, are enabling better recovery of valuable components and improved lifecycle management. Il vise \u00e0 relever la barre en mati\u00e8re de circularit\u00e9 et de performance. <\/p>\n<p>Les VE sont essentiels \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre provenant des transports. La demande de transport \u00e9tant en hausse, l&rsquo;industrie europ\u00e9enne des VE peut jouer un r\u00f4le crucial dans la d\u00e9carbonisation du secteur. En outre, l&rsquo;industrie automobile est une source essentielle de croissance \u00e9conomique et de cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;emplois.
