Bax & Company marked the beginning of 2024 by opening its newest office, in Düsseldorf, Germany. Working closely with our teams in Barcelona, Utrecht, and Cambridge, the Düsseldorf office will serve Bax & Company’s growing number of German clients and partners with dedicated in-country support.

“Whether it’s the clean energy transition, future mobility, or bio-based materials, Germany is a trailblazer in green industry and mission-driven innovation. For more than twenty years we’ve helped the country’s most forward-thinking authorities and companies pilot their ideas. With the opening of our German office, we’re even better positioned to support that impact on the ground. We look forward to new opportunities to advance Germany’s most pressing transitions in the coming years. said Sebastiaan van Herk, CEO of Bax & Company.

The opening of our German office aims to make it easier than ever for German municipalities and mission-driven companies to pilot their innovations with Bax. The national office adds to our existing support for German partners and clients, including:

From automated public transport to advanced lightweight materials, Bax & Company has a long history of supporting German partners to test their biggest ideas. Opening an office in Düsseldorf lets us provide even higher quality support for the positive initiatives across the country.

“With experience in both European and the latest German funding programmes, we’re well-placed to assist German partners in accessing funds to power their innovation initiatives at local, regional, and national levels. For example, we recently sourced funding for a German city through the programme for autonomous driving from the German Ministry for Digital and Transport. Having a German base of operations will make it more straightforward for organisations to fund their ambitions with our support,” said Franziska Dietrich, Head of European Funding Programmes
