Arada joined Bax & Company’s Dutch office in November 2021 as a Mission-Driven Innovation consultant.
In 2018, she graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) with an MSc in Global Business & Sustainability, for which she wrote her thesis on the adoption of southern certification standards by developed markets. Also in 2018, Arada completed an MSc in Business Information Management (Erasmus University), with a thesis researching the impact of ICT and financial inclusion on economic development in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that, Arada obtained a BSc in International Business Administration (Erasmus University), during which she studied on exchange for a semester at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.
After her studies, Arada gained work experience in the ICT sector as a CSR manager. In this role, she implemented and supervised programmes and projects in the field of corporate social responsibility. Since she started at Bax & Company, she has been working on different projects ranging from topics like circular economy to social earning capacity.
In her spare time, Arada likes to create new things. Whether it’s preparing Southeast Asian dishes, or making/upcycling clothes with (vintage) fabrics. She also likes to get rid of her extra energy in spinning classes and yoga, and organises game nights with friends and family.
