Juliska joined Bax & Company’s Dutch office as an innovation consultant in June 2020. Juliska obtained her master degrees in February 2020, after researching drivers for coopetition in the Dutch Green Hydrogen Economy and researching the influence of national institutions on coopetition in the green hydrogen economy. During her two masters, she combined aspects of both studies and specialised in collaborations in the energy transition.
Her interdisciplinary Master in Sustainable Business Innovation focused on sustainable innovations by combining technical aspects, innovation systems, and sustainable business models. Meanwhile, her Master in Strategic Management focused on strategic decision making, competitive (collaboration in a competitive environment) tensions and stakeholder management.
Juliska was a research intern at ENGIE and focused on creating a consortium for the development of large scale green hydrogen production in the north of the Netherlands.
Outside of work, Juliska is a true Dutch who loves cycling on her speed bike. Furthermore, she enjoys travelling and seeing the world from different perspectives.
