2) Trademarks
The Bax brand and logo is a registered trademark, protected under EUIPO number 19011805. Any unauthorised use of the Bax brand or logo is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3) Use of Site Content
Bax grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, download, display, and print one copy of the Site Content on a single device solely for your internal business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way (including creating derivative works), retain all copyright and proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content, and otherwise comply with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site Content without Bax’s prior written consent.
