The position
This position is for German-speaking candidates who are passionate about innovation in mobility, energy, or circularity. It offers the unique opportunity to work in our newly established Düsseldorf office (opened December 2023) and to shape its strategic direction through self-initiative and a high degree of autonomy. The role involves frequent visits to our Barcelona headquarters to meet the team, see different perspectives, and experience Bax’s unique culture, as well as to clients across the DACH region and Europe.
- Co-entrepreneurship: Steering the strategic direction and growing the local business together with our German Office Manager.
- Project design and set up: Using your experience to conceptualise innovative projects
- Project coordination and implementation: Managing innovation initiatives funded by EU or national programmes.
- Business development: Connecting with potential clients and acquiring new business leads.
- Industry engagement: Staying updated on trends by attending industry events.
- Impact assessment: Evaluating the impacts of projects in mobility, energy, and circularity.

Qualifications:
- Education: MSc Master’s degree in a field related to mobility, energy, circularity, or business.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in related sectors, ideally focused on innovation.
- Language Proficiency: High level (C2) German proficiency and fluency in English are essential. Dutch and other EU languages are a plus.
Soft skills:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong independence and a self-starter.
- Ability to lead discussions and conduct public presentations effectively.
