Previous work experience:I have worked several years at EIT Health in different roles as well as in innovation and projects units for two of the major hospitals in Catalunya (Can Ruti & Vall d’Hebron).
At the weekend: Exploring nature, and new routes to enjoy on my motorbike, as well as spending quality time with my family and friends. Fixing stuff can also be occasionally part of the plans.
An idea that powers me: I’m motivated by bringing people and organisations together so healthcare actually delivers for the people who depend on it.
European health systems face real strain, from workforce shortages to fragmented markets and structures that have not kept pace, even as investment in healthcare innovation keeps outpacing systems’ capacity to absorb it. I care about the collaboration that closes that gap, from connecting stakeholders to bring innovation to patients, to supporting policy that catches up with an ageing population, with prevention at the centre of that agenda.
