On 30 November the European Commission, UNISDR and UN Habitat launched a call for proposals via the Resilience City Connect market place (RCC). FYI, below the communication from Making Cities Resilient Campaign. The city-to-city learning exchange approach and service were developed and tested by UNESCO-IHE and Bax & Company (see brochure here) and we have been involved in the development of RCC.

You are invited to apply for fully funded city-to-city learning exchange opportunities, enabled through a joint initiative of European Commission, UNISDR and UN Habitat: Making cities resilient and sustainable: implementing the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 at the local level.
Each city-to-city learning exchange aims to bring two local authorities together that experience similar issues with regards to disaster risk reduction and building resilience, so that they may learn from one another.
You can find out more information on this opportunity and apply through documents available on the below linked web page. The deadline for submitting applications is January 15, 2017. UNISDR gladly welcomes applications from all local governments and cities of the Making Cities Resilient Campaign including those participating in initiatives of other partners.
