Partner Laszlo Bax will leave Bax & Company at the end of September to dedicate his efforts to his venture Braingaze. 

He will move to focus full-time on his CEO role at Braingaze, a technology venture he co-founded in 2013 together with neurobiologist Dr Hans Supèr. Braingaze develops digital health solutions to detect, diagnose and treat cognitive disorders such as ADHD and Alzheimer’s Disease.

Reflecting on his time at Bax & Company, Laszlo said: “It has been an exciting three decades of professional growth and achievement – I love the way this company is really an incubator for top talent with interest in entrepreneurship and open innovation as a means to tackle the challenges facing our planet and our society. I am deeply thankful to the people in our company and around it, who have contributed to my professional growth all this time”. 

Laszlo joined the company in 1991, served as Managing Partner 1999-2001 in the Netherlands (then Willems & Van den Wildenberg) and from 2004 – 2013 in Spain, and continued as Partner from 2013 – 2023. In recent years he worked closely with the senior team for the Automotive, Materials, Health, and Creative Industry practices.
